HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – With one week to go until the 2021 season gets underway, the Centenary University women's soccer team found itself ranked in the Atlantic East Conference Preseason Poll.

The Cyclones, who are entering their first season in the Atlantic East, received 21 points and were picked to finish fourth.

Cabrini, the defending conference champs, received 35 points to top the poll. Marywood was second with 28 points while Immaculata rounded out the top three with 26 points.

Head coach Kevin Davies is entering his 23rd season on the Centenary sidelines. Davies returns six players from his 2019 squad that recorded eight wins, including midfielder Jill Pullis who had three goals and six assists. Also back are goalkeepers Chelsea Estacio and Rachel Colt, who combined for 106 saves that fall.

Davies welcomes in a bevy of newcomers to the 2021 squad as well.

The Cyclones kick off their 2021 campaign when they travel to William Paterson on Wednesday, Sept. 1.
