HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – The Centenary University wrestling team celebrated "Senior Night" with a dominating 51-0 win over King's College (Pa.) on Tuesday evening. The Cyclones earned victories at all 10 weight classes to win their second straight dual meet.

Prior to the start of the match, the Cyclones took time to honor seniors Bobby Demeter, Alec Donovan, Michael Foca and Jeremy Nurnberger. All four seniors responded with a win on the evening.

Nurnberger battled hard for a win at 165-pounds. A late reversal and the riding time lifted the senior to a 7-5 decision over Kade Kravits. 

After a close and tightly contested first and second periods at 174-pounds, Donovan used a big third period to claim a 10-2 major decision over Isaac Mensah.

Demeter picked up a forfeit win at 157-pounds. Foca earned an 12-0 major decision victory over Joseph Davis in exhibition action.

The Cyclones picked up a pair of wins by fall in the contest. Sophomore Jacy Jones secured his fall at 133-pounds in 3:10 against Dakota Quick. Freshman Ryan Anderson picked up his team-leading 23rd win of the season at 149-pounds. Anderson needed just 24 seconds to pick up the fall versus Colby Spencer.

Sophomore Cameron Bruffy and junior Kenny Long both recorded wins by tech fall against King's. Bruffy secured a 16-1 victory over Robert Zelinski at 141-pounds. Long earned a 21-2 victory while pitted against William Grace at 184-pounds.

Sophomore Justin Hopman picked up a win by major decision at 197-pounds. He defeated David White, 12-2.

Junior Dylan Luciano (125-pounds) and freshman Jayvon Davidson (285-pounds) each earned wins by forfeit.

The Cyclones are back in action on Friday, Jan. 7 when they host No. 6 TCNJ at 7 p.m.
