COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Wins in nine of the ten weight classes led the Centenary University wrestling team to a 47-4 win over Pennsylvania College of Technology on Saturday morning at Ursinus College.
The Cyclones recorded four falls on the afternoon. Junior
Dylan Luciano needed two minutes to record the fall at 125-pounds while sophomore
Jacy Jones also recorded a first period fall at 133 pounds. Jones posted his fall in 1:44.
Freshman
Ryan Anderson recorded the fall at 149-pounds in 5:59 while fellow freshman
Jase Crouse posted a fall in 2:23 at 285-pounds.
Sophomore
Cameron Bruffy earned a 3-1 decision at 141-pounds for the Cyclones.
Senior
Michael Foca posted a tech fall by a 15-0 margin at 157-pounds.
Sophomores
Haakon Mathewson and
Perry Maio earned wins by forfeit at 174 and 184 pounds, respectively.
Junior
Kenny Long battled for a 4-3 decision at 197-pounds for the Cyclones.
Centenary is back in action on Saturday, Nov. 23 when it travels to Springfield, Massachusetts to take part in the Doug Parker Invitational.
