Centenary Softball bounced back in a big way during Game Two of their Saturday doubleheader, topping Immaculata 11–9 behind a monster performance at the plate from Carolyn Rosenberg.
Rosenberg led the Cyclones' offensive explosion with four hits and a game-high six RBIs, coming through in clutch moments to help Centenary even the doubleheader. Whether it was driving in runs with runners in scoring position or setting the tone early, Rosenberg was at the center of the action all game long.
Madison Passanante also had a strong showing at the plate, going 3-for-4 with an RBI, helping fuel an offense that totaled double-digit runs after being shut out in Game One.
On the mound, Jaelynn Miller earned the win with five innings of work, allowing four runs and striking out one. After a steady outing from Miller, Sierra Stultz came in from the bullpen and shut things down over the final two innings, keeping the Mighty Macs late push off and sealing the win.
This marks the first conference win of the season for the Cyclones softball squad, they will look to carry the momentum from this win into their season day matchup tomorrow at 3 and 5 pm versus Baruch.
