Myrtle Beach, SC: The Cyclones face Penn College and Norwich University on the second day of their Spring Break trip. The Clones win game one against Penn by a final score of 2-0, and won the second game 4-2 over Norwich.
Game One
In game one of the day, the Cyclones offense would score two runs on six base hits. As a team, the Clones batted .240 BA, driving in both runs, and drawing three walks. The defense would have a clean game committing zero turnovers while recording twenty-one putouts.
Julia Campen would pick up her first win of the season after tossing five and one-third innings allowing five hits, and recording three strikeouts.
Jaelynn Miller would close out the game allowing zero hits in one and two -thirds, earning her first save of the 2024 season. Together the two combined for a shutout in game one.

Game Two
The Clones would complete the sweep as they held on to a 4-2 lead. Similar to game one, the Cyclones offense would record a total of six base hits with two runs batted in. At the plate, the team drew four walks and were hit by pitches twice. Defensively, the Clones went on to record twenty putouts, while committing four errors. Starting in the circle, was
Jaelynn Miller who would pick up her second win of the season as she tossed six innings. Miller gave up two runs, with zero being earned.
Kelly Ann Earrusso would come in after a walk to close out the seventh inning, earning her first save of the season.Â
