Hackettstown, NJ: Ash Nesbit set to take over the Men's Soccer program at Centenary University.
About Coach Nesbit
Nesbit joins the Centenary Staff as the new head coach for Men's Soccer. Prior to accepting the position, Coach Nesbit established himself at the youth coaching level for the past twenty-two years and experienced a lot of success with a variety of different age groups. During his playing career, Coach Nesbit was a member of his hometown academy in England. Nesbit would then go on to play for a few semi-pro clubs before being asked to play for the Fijian Under-20 National Team.
Nesbit began his coaching career at the age of eighteen while living in London. He would then go on to move to the West Coast in 2008 where he would work for several different youth camps before moving to New Jersey. In 2013, Nesbit began working with the Girls ECNL Program where he would remain for the past eight years.
Personal
Coach Nesbit attended University in England and graduated with a BA Hons in Sport Management. Nesbit resides in Hackettstown, New Jersey with his wife Melissa and their two children.
