Immaculata, PA – The Centenary women's lacrosse team dropped a conference matchup on Saturday, falling 13–3 to Immaculata at Draper Walsh Stadium.
Immaculata controlled the game from the opening draw, scoring seven goals in the first quarter and building a 10–1 lead by halftime. The hosts continued to apply pressure in the third, extending the advantage to 13–1 before Centenary found late momentum in the final quarter.
Nora Dornich led the Cyclones offensively with two goals, including both scores in the fourth quarter, while Matalina Kratzel added a goal in the second period.
Defensively, goalkeeper Kylie Trilling recorded seven saves while also leading the team with six ground balls. Kratzel contributed across the field with three shots, two ground balls, a caused turnover, and a draw control. Immaculata held a significant edge in shots (39–13) and draw controls (16–2), which helped dictate possession throughout the contest.
Despite the result, the Cyclones showed resilience late, closing the game with two fourth-quarter goals after being held scoreless through the opening period. Centenary moves to 4–8 overall and 0–4 in conference play as they look ahead to their next matchup.
