The Centenary University baseball team fell to Lebanon Valley College on Wednesday, losing 10-1 in a nine-inning non-conference matchup.
The Cyclones tallied six hits on the day, with Dominick Chiego leading the offense by going 3-for-4 at the plate. Despite the final score, Centenary saw promising performances out of the bullpen from Jackson Ponzo and Anthony Spungin, who combined for three scoreless innings of relief and three strikeouts.
Centenary will look to bounce back as they continue their conference matchup with Gwynedd Mercy this weekend.Â
