Hackettstown, NJ: The Cyclones hosted the defending conference champions for their first conference game of the season. The game would come down to the wire, but the Cyclones would suffer defeat as they fall 63-58 in the closing minutes.

The contest would start off slow, with no scoring taking place in the opening seven minutes of action, but would eventually ramp up as the game came down to the wire. Throughout the game, their were four different occasions where the score was tied, along with four lead changes. The Clones will look to bounce back into the win column on Wednesday, as they host Neumann.

Kayla Sampong had a solid performance on both sides of the floor on the Cyclones. Sampong tied for a team best in steals with 3 total. On the offensive side of the ball, Sampong recorded 9 points, and 3 assists.
