Softball Shuts Out FDU

Hackettstown, NJ: The Cyclones played in a five inning game that was called due to inclement weather, against the Devils of Fairleigh Dickinson University. The final score of the game was 6-0, improving their record to 11-4 on the season.

In the shortened game, the Cyclones offense went on to produce six runs, batting in five of them. The hitters batted six of eighteen, putting them at a .333 batting average for the day, while also drawing five walks, and striking out just once. Throwing another complete game for the Cyclones was Junior pitcher, Jaelynn Miller. Miller tossed a five inning shutout improving to nine wins on the season, after allowing just four base hits, and recording eight strikeouts.
