HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – Sophomore
Danika Brandt and freshman
Jessica McKenzie each scored 13 points but a big second half lifted Keystone College to a 71-60 victory over the Centenary University women's basketball team on Wednesday night in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play.
Centenary jumped out to an early 6-1 lead in the first quarter as McKenzie sunk a pair of free throws at 6:48.

Kayla Rowan pushed the Cyclone advantage to 10-4 with 3:03 to go in the first period.
After a McKenzie lay-up at 2:38 made it a 12-4 game, Keystone scored the final five points of the period and made it a 12-9 game.

Caitlyn Reyes gave the Cyclones a 17-11 edge with 8:20 to go until the half.
Keystone scored 10 of the next 14 points and tied the game at 21-21 with 3:31 showing on the clock.
Mac Oribello had seven points for the Giants during that stretch.
Centenary scored the final seven points of the period and took a 28-21 lead at the break. Brandt had the final five points of the quarter.
The two teams traded baskets to open the third quarter as a lay-up from freshman
Carly Tarnowski gave the Cyclones a 32-29 lead with 6:27 to go in the period.
Keystone scored 14 of the final 21 points in the third quarter and took a 43-40 lead with 10 minutes to play. Reyes scored four points for the Cyclones during that stretch while
Khaliah Gordon had five points for the Giants.
The Giants got hot from behind the arc to start the fourth quarter as five of their first six field goals came from behind the arc. Keystone built a 63-47 lead with 5:40 to play.
Centenary answered with a 6-0 run of its own, highlighted by four points from Brandt, and cut the Keystone lead to 63-53 with 2:45 to play.
Keystone pushed its lead back to 15 and eventually claimed the 71-60 victory.
Keystone finished the game shooting 42.9 percent from the field and was aided by 14 made three-pointers in the contest. Centenary posted a 46.9 field goal percentage in the contest but the Cyclones made just two three-pointers. Centenary held a 34-31 edge in the rebounding battle.
McKenzie added nine rebounds and seven assists to go along with her 13 points while Brandt had a steal and a rebound to go with her 13 markers. Tarnowski contributed 11 points and nine rebounds for the Cyclones.
Oribello led Keystone with 23 points and five steals.
Centenary is back in action on Saturday, Feb. 9 as the Cyclones host Cedar Crest at 1 p.m.
