BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Senior Etiini Udott defended his regional title at 197-pounds to highlight the day two action for the Centenary University wrestling team at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship hosted by the College of Brockport.

Udott was one of four Cyclones to punch his ticket as a National Qualifier on Sunday. Seniors Jordan Juliano and Christopher Muce each finished second in their weight class while redshirt junior Alec Donovan battled for a third place finish. It's the first time since the 2012-13 season that the Cyclones have had at least four wrestlers qualify for the National Championship Meet.

As a team, the Cyclones finished seventh of 18 teams with 75 points.

Udott becomes the second wrestler in program history and first since Chris Burdge (2010-14) to win back-to-back regional titles and to be named a National Qualifier all four years. Udott earned a 4-2 decision versus Dylan Dubuque of SUNY Oneonta in the semifinals. In the championship match of the 197-pound weight class, Udott and Dan D'Agostini of Scranton were tied at 1-1 after three periods. In the sudden victory period, Udott needed just 14 seconds to record a takedown and secure the 3-1 decision.

Muce punched his ticket to his third straight National Championship Meet after finishing second at 157-pounds on Sunday. Muce battled for a 3-2 decision over Jawan Jones of Ithaca in the semifinals, it was Muce's second win of the season over Jones. In the championship bout, Muce faced a tough test as he was up against Kaidon Winters of Rochester Institute of Technology. Winters, the third ranked wrestler in the nation, battled for a 4-0 decision over the Cyclone senior.

Juliano earned National Qualifier status for the first time as a Cyclone after posting a second place finish at 174-pounds. He earned a 3-2 decision over Chibueze Chukwuezi of Ithaca in the semifinals. Facing the eighth ranked wrestler in the country, Dan Kilroy of the College of New Jersey in the championship bout, Juliano battled hard but ultimately fell 6-1.

Donovan battled back through the consolation bracket at 165-pounds to finish third and claim National Qualifier status for the first time in his Centenary career. He started his day with a fall in 4:09 versus Jackson Bell of Brockport. He then used a late third period takedown to earn a 4-3 decision over Dylan Schwartz of Muhlenberg. Donovan grabbed third place in the weight class with a 9-5 decision versus John Garda of the College of New Jersey. It was Donovan's second win of the year versus Garda.
