WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (Jan. 4, 2016) Juniors Josh Sibblies (Newton, N.J. / Newton) and Anthony Kubish (Hamilton, N.J. / Hamilton East) both recorded a victory as the Centenary College wrestling team opened 2016 with a 36-9 loss to the No. 24 Colonels of Wilkes University. The Colonels improve to 9-2, while the Cyclones fall to 0-7.

Kubish came away with a 2-1 decision over Matthew Judge at 165, while Sibblies pinned Jacob Brook in a time of 4:41 at 174.

Freshman Etiini Udott (Piscataway, N.J. / Piscataway) lost a close 3-2 decision with Nicholas Dawson at 197.

Head Coach John Garriques and the Cyclones will return to action on Friday, Jan. 15^th, as they will host the Hawks of Hunter College at 7:00 p.m.
