La Plume, PA – Sophomore forwards Mallory George and Melissa Rabe score a combined 23 points in the second half to lead Centenary College past Keystone College for a come from behind win (69-62) in tonight's Colonial States Athletic Conference game.  The Cyclones improve to 4-13 overall and 3-5 in league play, while Keystone drops to 8-8 and 5-2 in the CSAC.

Centenary's Melissa Rabe tallied a career-high 15 points on 7-of-13 shooting from the field and 14 rebounds for her first double –double of the season, while Mallory George notched a team-high 19 points and 11 boards.

In a back and forth game, Centenary relinquished their 7-4 lead early in the first half, while Keystone nursed a slim lead throughout the half.

Trailing 20-14 with 12:24 remaining in the first half, the Cyclones put together a 7-2 run to regain the lead after Kim Osieja drained a three pointer for the 23-22 advantage. At the 9:11 mark, the Giants responded with an 18-5 run to close out the half with their largest lead of the half 40-28.

In the second half, Keystone maintained their lead as Centenary struggled to make stops while both teams traded baskets.  Down 49-36 with 14:36, Rabe and George each sank back-to-back jumpers to cut the deficit to six (50-44).  Keystone would continue to score to keep the Cyclones at bay and pushed the lead back up to 10.

Down 60-50 with 6:01 left to go in the game, Centenary stepped up their defensive pressure to hold Keystone scoreless for the next five and a half minutes while the Cyclones went on a 17-0 run.

Freshman guard, Taylor Pryslak started things off with four consecutive points to cut the lead back to six followed by George and Rabe tacking on another four points to get within two.  Down 60-58 with 2:21 left in regulation, sophomore guard, Alexis Wilson drives to the basket and gets fouled but scores the layup to tie the game at 60-60 (1:51).  Wilson sinks the free throw to give Centenary their first lead since the first half (61-60).

In the final minute of play, Centenary would hang on to seal the game going 4-4 from the free throw line along with offensive put backs from Rabe.

Pryslak finished the night with eight points and three steals, Rachel Edwards chipped in seven points and six boards and Wilson added six points and two steals.
