The Centenary Cyclones Baseball team struggled on the road, suffering a tough 24-0 defeat to Kean University in their latest matchup. Despite managing six hits in the game, including two from Myles Castillo, the Cyclones were unable to generate any runs against a dominant Kean pitching staff.
Kean, known for its powerful offense, exploded for 16 runs in the bottom of the 7th inning, effectively putting the game out of reach. The Cyclones fought hard but were overpowered by the high-scoring Kean squad. The loss drops Centenary's record as they look to regroup and bounce back in their upcoming games.
The Cyclones are back in action next week on Wednesday the 19th, at Monclair State University, where they will look to get back into the W coloumn.Â
