Hackettstown, NJ: The Cyclones pull out a thrilling win against the Eagles of Saint Elizabeth University. Their record improves to 6-6 on the season as they enter a short break before their next contest. The final score of the game was 81-78, Clones.

The Clones were able to pick up their sixth win of the season after closing out a back and forth contest against the Eagles. The contest featured a total of nineteen lead changes and an even score eleven different times. Neither team could break away, as the biggest lead of the was seven points, and lasted just one minute. After forcing the Eagles to commit nineteen turnovers on twelve steals, the Cyclones were able to post nineteen points on the night compared to the Eagles four points off turnovers. The Clones bench would go on to record a total of thirty four points in the contest, compared to the two points provided by the Eagles bench. Down low, the Cyclones would go on to record a total of forty-four points, and had a solid night on the glass coming down with thirty-eight rebounds.Â

Team leader in points,
Kenneth Rankin, came away from the night with at total of nineteen points and four assists on the offensive end. The second year star would also wrap up the night with a total of three steals, one block, and three rebounds.Â
Coming off the bench, and providing a spark for the Clones was
Devin Strickland. The Junior guard, recorded fourteen points, an assist, five rebounds, and one steal. Strickland would also record a season high in blocks with two on the night.
Justin Carbone would continue to find success from behind the arc, knocking down three three point field goals in the contest for a 75% three point field goal percentage. Carbone would record a total of thirteen points, come down with two boards, and post two steals.
