HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – March is National Athletic Training Month and in conjunction with the event, the Centenary Athletic Trainers are encouraging everyone to take part in the "Donate 'AT' shirt for National AT Month" drive.
There will be a box placed outside the athletic training room from March 1-19th for people to donate gently used t-shirts that they no longer need. Centenary athletic trainers
Matt Togno and
Stefan Antosiewicz, who are employed by the St. Luke's Health System will then combine their donations with those from the other St. Luke's athletic trainers. The athletic trainers will donate them to Via Thrift Store, whose proceeds directly benefit
Via of the Lehigh Valley, an organization dedicated to helping adults and children with disabilities reach their full potential.Â
There will be a sign on the box with more details about athletic training month that can be read when donations are made.
