Richard Leads Volleyball in Loss at King's

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – Freshman Emerald Richard had four kills and two blocks as the Centenary University volleyball team fell at King's College (Pa.) on Friday afternoon.

The Monarchs posted set scores of 25-9, 25-7, 25-13 for the 3-0 victory.

Richard added a service ace to go along with her kills and blocks on the afternoon. Senior Melissa Krueger added five assists and four digs for the Cyclones while senior Brielle Gensinger had seven digs and sophomore Amelia Rodriguez finished with six digs.

Meg O'Brien led King's with seven kills while Wiatt Hoffman dished out 25 assists.

The Cyclones are back in action on Tuesday, Sept. 24 when they host the City College of New York at 7 p.m.
