Volleyball Stumbles Against Wilson

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – Senior Melissa Krueger had a match-high eight digs to lead the Centenary University volleyball team against Wilson College on Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play.

Wilson posted set wins of 25-10, 25-13 and 25-6 for the 3-0 victory.

Krueger added three assists and two kills to go along with her eight digs for the Cyclones. Sophomore Anabelle Olivo contributed five digs while junior Leandra Garcia had three kills and a block. Freshman Emerald Richard had a team-high four kills and a block assist.

Tioleaoauli Posiulai led Wilson with 10 kills and three service aces while Jenna Mongold had 23 assists and eight service aces.

The Cyclones are back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 16 when they travel to Bryn Athyn for a 7 p.m. match.
