Volleyball Swept by Gators

BALTIMORE, Md. (Sept. 26, 2015)- Junior Na' imah Spells (Irvington, N.J. / Irvington) recorded 14 digs as the Centenary College volleyball team was swept by the Gators of Notre Dame of Maryland University, 3-0.

Jaime Reyes had 30 assists, while Cleaya Antes finished with 14 digs and six aces for the Gators who improve to 5-4 overall and 1-0 CSAC. Freshman Zoey Woody (North Brunswick, N.J. / North Brunswick) finished with five digs, two kills and two assists for the Cyclones who fall to 1-8 overall and 0-2 in the CSAC.

Freshman Ashley Bierbaum (Hackettstown, N.J. / Hackettstown) finished with four digs and three assists, while senior Vanessa McKellar (Annadale, N.J. / North Hunterdon) finished with three kills.

Head Coach Kelsey Walter and the Cyclones will return to action on Monday, Sept. 28th in Brooklyn, N.Y. against the Bulldogs of Brooklyn College at 7:00 p.m.
