2011 (Senior): All-CSAC Second Team...served as team co-captain...played in all 121 sets...led the team with 309 kills, named Centenary's All-Time Sets Played Leader...and third on the team with 126 digs...and finished the year 37 aces...named CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team...named Cyclone of the week once this season...CSAC All-Academic recipient.

2010 (Junior): All-CSAC First Team…served as team co-captain…played in 110 sets…led the CSAC and set a new single season Centenary record in kills with 484…she also led the team in total attacks with 1,326 and finished third in both digs with 108 and service aces with 45…in the final national statistics, ranked 12th in kills and 19th in points…Paffendorf became the program's all-time leader in kills and finished the year with 984 for her career…she set a new single game record for kills when she totaled 27 against Neumann on Oct. 4…named CSAC Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 3.

2009 (Sophomore): Served as team co-captain…played in all 110 sets…led team and finished seventh in CSAC with 239 kills…ranked 10th in the conference in hitting percentage…second on the team with 695 total attacks…also had 41 digs, 40 aces, 12 blocks and nine assists…set third-best single-game kills total with 22 at Immaculata on Oct. 1…ranks sixth in school history with 500 kills…also stands in fifth-place in the program’s all-time stats with 2.2 kills per set…set the third and fourth-best single-season kills totals in Centenary history with 261 in 2008 and 239 in 2009…CSAC All-Academic Team.

2008 (Freshman): Third on the team with 116 games played…second on the squad with 261 kills and 799 total attacks…finished with six service aces…tallied 88 digs and 20 total blocks…CSAC All-Academic Team.

High School and Personal Data: Played two years of volleyball at Mount Olive High School…named the Mount Olive volleyball team MVP in 2006…an accomplished actor, she has appeared in many television shows, including “Law and Order,” “Ugly Betty,” “Lipstick Jungle” and “Z Rock,” as well as movies, including “Notorious” and “Confessions of a Shopaholic”…majoring in Fine Arts…
