The Centenary University men's soccer team put on a commanding performance Sunday afternoon, blanking Keystone College 4-0 in front of the home crowd. The win featured a balanced attack, with four different Cyclones finding the back of the net.
The scoring opened in the 35th minute when Brian Osorio slotted home the game's first goal, capitalizing on a crisp setup from teammate Sean Quinones. After taking a 1-0 lead into halftime, the Cyclones wasted no time extending their advantage in the second half.
In the 60th minute, Harison Samayoa Lopez buried a finish off an assist from Brandon Morales, doubling the Centenary lead. Just three minutes later, the Cyclones struck again when Brian Moreira netted the third tally of the afternoon, thanks to a well-placed feed from Samayoa Lopez.
The final exclamation point came in the 81st minute when freshman Christopher Chavarria scored his first career goal, with Elliott Tillinghast providing the assist. The milestone moment capped a dominant offensive outing and secured Centenary's 4-0 victory.
With contributions coming from all over the pitch, the Cyclones showcased depth, precision, and confidence in their attack.
Centenary (2-3) will look to carry this momentum into a busy week ahead, hosting back-to-back home contests on Wednesday and Saturday.
