Women's Volleyball Splits On Day Two Of Kean Invitational

Union, NJ: The Cyclones earned a split on the day, going 1-1 to wrap up the Kean Invitational. The Cyclones record is now 3-11 on the season.

Game One

The first game of the day for the Cyclones was a thriller, as the Cyclones went the full five sets with Mount Saint Vincent. As a team, the Clones finished the match with sixty-seven points on forty-seven kills, sixteen service aces, and two blocks. Leading the team in kills were Jenny Thistlethwaite (25), Kim Stallworth (8), and Cameron Fulcher (7). Assisting on a majority of those kills were Vanessa Pagano (35), Asia Logan (3), Thistlethwaite (2). The leaders in aces were Pagano (6), Stallworth (3), and Logan (3). Stallworth, Fulcher, and Thislethwaite each recorded a block on the day. Leading the defense with digs were Logan (23), Thistlethwaite (22), and Alea Herman (15).

Game Two

In the second game, New Paltz limited the Clones to just twenty-eight total points. Leading the game in kills for the Cyclones were, Cameron Fulcher (6), Jenny Thistlethwaite (5), and Kim Stallworth (3). Thistlethwaite (3), Stallworth (2), and Asia Logan (1) led the Clones in service aces for the second game. Recording blocks in back to back games were Stallworth and Fulcher, with Pagano also recording a block. Pagano would lead the Cyclones in assists with thirteen. Logan (14), Thistlethwaite (14), and April DiGrande (7) were the Cyclones leaders in digs for the second game.
