Ronan Bova scored a pair of goals to lead the Centenary University men's lacrosse team in a loss to Gwynedd Mercy University in Atlantic East action on Wednesday afternoon.
The Griffins opened up a 14-0 lead at the half and claimed a 24-2 win.
Justin Carney finished the game with four goals and one assist for five points for Gwynedd Mercy while
Tyler Long added four goals and three assists for seven points.
Ian Kish had eight ground balls and six faceoff wins.
Bova added three ground balls to go with his two goals for the Cyclones.
Jason Toledo had a team-high seven ground balls.
Christopher Festa posted five ground balls and three caused turnovers. His three caused turnovers gave him 50 for his career.
Aubron Swartley made six saves to earn the win in goal for Gwynedd Mercy.
Travis Austin made seven stops in the loss for the Cyclones.
Centenary is back in action on Saturday, Apr. 9 when it visits Marywood for a 1 p.m. game.
