IMMACULATA, Pa. – Senior
Amelia Rodriguez had a double-double to lead the Centenary University volleyball team in a 3-0 loss to Immaculata University on Friday night.
The Mighty Macs used set scores of 25-12, 25-17 and 25-13 to win the regular season finale between the two schools.
Rodriguez had her second double-double of the season for the Cyclones as she finished with 18 assists and 11 digs. Freshman
Mya Burnett contributed a team-high seven kills while sophomore
Alyssa Bizzarro had a match-high 17 digs. Fellow sophomore
Caelyn Campbell added 15 digs.
Isabelle Davis had nine kills and nine digs for Immaculata while
Emily Ettien added 23 assists and seven digs.
The Cyclones are back in action on Tuesday, Nov. 2 when the Atlantic East Conference Tournament play begins. Centenary will travel to No. 2 Marymount after claiming the seventh seed.
