HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – King's College (Pa.) scored three times in the first 45 minutes to earn a 3-0 victory over the Centenary University men's soccer team on Wednesday afternoon.
The Monarchs got on the board in the 15
th minute as
Zach Wolcott brought the ball down the sideline closest to the team benches and crossed it into the box where
Sam Pipicelli knocked it home.
The visitors added to their lead at 25:33 as
Ayrton Omoigui scored off a cross from
Quentin Szeker-Cortes on a corner.
King's scored its final goal at 34:53 as
August Axtman scored on a penalty kick.

Chris Spataro each registered shots on goal in the first half but King's keeper
Owen Geedey picked up the saves.
The Monarchs took the 3-0 lead into the half.
The two teams combined for 19 second half shot but neither squad was able to put one on the scoreboard. Senior

Besnik Hadzovic each had a shot on goal for the Cyclones.
Geedey posted four saves to lead King's to the 3-0 victory. Senior
Devon Warne made five saves while playing the first 75:58 for the Cyclones. Freshman
Will Hodic was not forced to make a save in the final 14:02 for Centenary.
The Cyclones will be back in action on Saturday, Sept. 29 when they travel to former conference foe, Gwynedd Mercy for a 12 p.m. game.
