BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – Senior Amanda Benoit and junior Chloe Christopher each scored a pair of goals to lead the Centenary University women's soccer team to a 5-0 victory at Bryn Athyn College on Wednesday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play.

The Cyclones ran their win streak and shutout streak to five straight games with the victory. It's the first time since 2011 that the Cyclones have posted five straight shutouts.

Benoit got the Cyclones on the board at 19:49 as she struck a centering pass from Christopher into the back of the net.

Benoit added an unassisted tally at 28:15 to give the visitors a 2-0 advantage. It marked the third straight game that the senior has scored two goals in the contest.

Centenary carried that 2-0 advantage into the half. The Cyclones held a 9-2 advantage in shots at the break. Junior Justine Stefura made one save in the first 45 minutes for the Cyclones while Allie Warren made three saves for Bryn Athyn.

Christopher struck for a pair of second half goals for the Cyclones.

Her first goal game at 48:09 as senior Kara LaPolice sent a long ball into the right post that Christopher tapped past the goalie. Her second also came from LaPolice at the 60:32 and gave Centenary at 4-0 advantage.
