The Cyclones struck first in the opening minute on their first shot of the match as junior Amanda Benoit (Hazlet, N.J. / Raritan) scored off an assist from Christopher. Christopher dribbled the ball down the right side and played a cross to Benoit. Benoit one touched the ball for the 1-0 lead.
