Katie Lauria (Middlesex, N.J. / Middlesex) went 4-for-7 with three RBI's as the Centenary College softball team split a doubleheader with Keystone College on Friday afternoon. The Cyclones record now stands at 7-22 overall and 7-13 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference. The Giants record now stands at 15-21 overall and 10-10 in the CSAC.

The Cyclones actually lead 1-0, after junior
Alexis Wilson (Bayonne, N.J. / Marist) tripled to score fellow classmate
Kylie Morgan-Polefka (Wharton, N.J. / Boonton) in the second. Keystone responded with three runs on four hits in the fifth, including back-to-back triples.
Centenary scattered five hits over seven innings, as Alyssa Hughes tossed a complete game for Keystone.
Game 2: Centenary 9, Keystone 5
Centenary reversed its fortune with nine runs on 11 hits, including Lauria hitting 3-for-4 with three RBI's. Â The Cyclones scored six of the nine runs in the opening two innings to take a commanding 6-0 lead.
Keystone answered with four runs on five hits to cut Centenary's lead to 6-4. Centenary was able to pick up some insurance runs in the fifth and sixth innings with RBI's from junior
Jamie Weingarten (Kendall Park, N.J. / South Brunswick) and Morgan-Polefka.

Kim Broking and the Cyclones will return to action tomorrow, Sat., Apr. 30, hosting the Gators of Notre Dame of Maryland University in the regular season finale at 1:00 p.m.
