Kevin Switzer (Hillsdale, N.J. / Pascack Valley) recorded 17 saves as the Centenary College men's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference contest to Stockton University, 17-7.
Tommy Gallo finished with four goals and two assists for the Ospreys who improve to 3-1 overall. Junior
Nolan Gottshall (Toms River, N.J. / Toms River East) posted a hat-trick for the Cyclones who fall to 2-2 overall.
Stockton edged Centenary in shots (57-30), shots on goal (34-17), turnovers (22-21), groundballs (44-22) and faceoffs (23-5).
Senior
Joey DeBiasse (Long Valley, N.J. / West Morris Central) netted his 15
th goal of the season and evened the game at 1-1, before the Ospreys closed the first quarter with seven unanswered to hold a 7-1 lead. Stockton extended their lead to 11-3 at halftime with DeBiasse and sophomore
Denzel Thompson (Montclair, N.J. / Montclair) tallying the goals for Centenary.
In the second half, Stockton took a ten goal lead at 13-3 in the third but the Cyclones were able to record four goals in the fourth. Gottshall recorded all three of his goals in the quarter and senior
Luke Tremont (Vernon, N.J. / Vernon Township) netted his first goal of the season off an assist from sophomore
Michael Muff (Havertown, Pa. / Haverford).

James Iwanicki (Gloucester, Mass. / Ipswich) all scooped up three groundballs. Tyler Bollard went 22-for-26 on faceoffs with 16 groundballs for the Ospreys.

Matthew Klank and the Cyclones will return to action in Doylestown, Pa. on Wednesday, Mar. 16 against the Aggies of Delaware Valley University at 4:00 p.m.
