FLEMINGTON, N.J. (Mar. 6, 2016)- Junior
Nick Daniele (Colts Neck, N.J. / Red Bank Catholic) recorded seven RBI's, including six in one inning, as the Centenary College baseball team posted a doubleheader sweep of the Devils of Fairleigh Dickinson University- Florham at Healthquest Park this afternoon. The Cyclones improve to 2-3 overall, while the Devils remain winless at 0-3.

Trey Hinkle (Macungie, Pa. / Emmaus) tossed a complete game victory with 10 strikeouts. The game remained scoreless into the fifth, when the Devils Kevin Sinclair hit an RBI single to take a 1-0 lead.
In the sixth, Centenary tied the game at 1-1, as Daniele hit an RBI sacrifice fly to score senior
Nick Koffel (Perkiomenville, Pa. / Perkiomen Valley). Later in the inning, sophomore
Kevin Sensale (Bartonsville, Pa. / Pocono Mountain East) singled through the left side to score fellow classmate
John Tierney (West Milford, N.J. / West Milford) for the go-ahead run.

Ryan Kanner (Jackson, N.J. / Jackson Memorial) all went 1-for-2 for Centenary. Sinclar went 3-for-4, while Kenny Carrier took the loss for FDU.
Centenary 15, FDU-Florham 3 The flood gates opened in the nightcap, as the Cyclones exploded for 14 runs on 12 hits in the bottom of the fifth. Centenary batted around the order twice in an inning that saw seven different players record at least one RBI.
Daniele exploded for six of his seven RBI's in the fifth with a three run-homer and a bases clearing double. Tierney also recorded two RBI's in an inning that saw 14 runs charged to three different pitches.

Ryan Jasiecki (Ledgewood, N.J. / Roxbury) went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI. Senior
Jimmy Kraivec (Sayreville, N.J. / Sayreville War Memorial) improved to 1-0 with six strikeouts in five innings pitched, while starter Matt Zinagro took the loss for the Devils.
