Luis Marin (Union City, N.J. / Union Hill) netted the lone Cyclones' goal as the Centenary University men's soccer team battled to a 1-1 draw against Marywood University in a CSAC match-up.
The Cyclones move to 7-4-1 overall and 3-0-1 on the CSAC, while the Pacers stand at 4-6-1 and 2-1-1 in conference play.
Marywood got on the board in the opening half. The Pacers took the lead in the 17th minute of the first half, scoring their lone goal on the game. The lead stood into halftime as Marywood outshot Centenary 8-7 in the first 45 minutes.
The Cyclones rallied back in the second half as they dominated the second half shot total 14-3. Centenary broke through in the 62nd minute of play as Marin found the back of the net to even the score at 1-1. The Cyclone generated a couple of late opportunities in regulation but the score remained deadlocked.
In the extra periods, the Cyclones held the edge in shots 3-1 but both teams failed to score and the game ended in a tie.
Sophomore
Devon Warne (Belvidere, N.J. / Belvidere) was solid in net, recording one save in 110 minutes in net.

Keith O'Connor and the Cyclones will return to action on Saturday, October 15 as they travel to Neumann University in Aston, Pa. for a 4 pm game.
