Mallory George (Berkeley Heights, N.J. / Governor Livingston) recorded her fourth straight double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds as the Centenary College women's basketball team dropped a Colonial States Athletic Conference contest to Gwynedd-Mercy University, 71-46.
Juilanna Hoisington scored a game-high 15 points for the Griffins who improve to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in the CSAC. Junior
Melissa Rabe (Byram, N.J. / Lenape Valley) finished with nine rebounds, six points and two blocks for the Cyclones who fall to 3-4 overall and 0-2 in the CSAC.
The difference in the game proved to be the ball handling by the Cyclones, as Gwynedd-Mercy recorded 24 points off 23 turnovers. The Griffins also got a lift from their bench with Hoisington and Szyszko scoring 24 of their 34 bench points.
The one bright spot for the Cyclones was the effectiveness from the charity stripe. Centenary posted a 77.3% (17-for-22) free throw percentage with Rabe, sophomore

Angela Randle (East Orange, N.J. / Marist) all going perfect from the line.

Ally Fugnitti (Wood-Ridge, N.J. / Wood-Ridge) added eight rebounds and three points, while sophomore
Amber Reisenwitz (Cresco, Pa. / Pocono Mountain East) totaled seven points, four rebounds and a steal in 20 minutes off the bench. Charlotte Kucowski led all Griffin starters with 13 points, 12 rebounds and two blocks
