Baltimore, Md. -- Centenary College defeated the Notre Dame Gators women's soccer team 7-0 on Saturday afternoon in CSAC action.
Becky D'Angelo netted her first pair of goals of the season, including a score with just 8 minutes into the game.Â
Laura Potter also tallied two goals in a span of eight minutes as the Cyclones stormed out to a 6-0 lead after 45 minutes.
Centenary's leading scorer,
Samantha Sysak sent one into the back of the net off a feed from Potter, while freshman,
Alexis Andino scored her first goal of the season just before half.
Becky Camp closed out the scoring with the only goal in the second half and her third on the season.
Centenary controlled the offense outshooting the Gators 20-5 and an 8-1 advantage in corner kicks.Â
Senior goalie,
Megan Williams made three saves in 60 minutes of play, while Notre Dame's Heather Lancellotti tallied eight.
