Perine has shown improvement on the cross country course all season long. That effort was capped by his performance at the Highlander Invitational hosted by NJIT this past weekend.

Perine ran a 35:54 on the 8k course. His time was a 6:20 improvement over last year, and a lifetime PR by over three minutes.
