2018 (Senior): Named First Team All-CSAC for the fourth straight year ... selected as the MVP of the CSAC Championship ... earned Second Team All-ECAC accolades ... started all 21 games ... finished second on the team with 44 points after accruing 16 goals and 12 assists ... broke the CSAC record for career assists with her 45 helper in the CSAC Championship game ... scored two goals in a game five times ... added two assists in the wins over Wilson and Immaculata for a season-high six points ... tallied the game-winning-goal against Neumann, Brooklyn and Bryn Athyn ... converted a penalty kick against Wilson and Notre Dame ... ranked third in the CSAC in points per game (2.10), second in goals (16) and led the league in assists (12).

2016 (Sophomore): Named to ECAC Metro Region All-Star First Team … honored as a First Team All-CSAC selection … started all 17 games … totaled 38 points on 12 goals and 14 assists in 1,411 minutes logged … took 56 shots, including 36 on goal … tallied one-game winner … totaled seven points on two goals and three assists in a victory over Cairn ... scored the game-winner in a victory over Cedar Crest.

2015 (Freshman): Named CSAC Rookie of the Year … selected First Team All-CSAC … Started in 17 games … totaled 27 points on nine goals and nine assists in 1,335 minutes played … took 47 shots, including 26 on goal … tallied two game winning goals … totaled nine points on three goals and three assist in the victory over Clarks Summit … scored the game-winner in the victories over Gwynedd-Mercy and Keystone … Centenary Athletic Director’s Honor Roll (Fall 2015) … Centenary Athletic Director’s Honor Roll (Spring 2016) … CSAC All-Academic Team.

At Raritan H.S.: Was a key contributor as a striker for coach Fran Florio ... member of the varsity squad all four years ... served as a team captain during her senior season ... earned All-Division I accolades.

Personal: Daughter of Sandra and James Benoit ... sister of Jessica, Nicolas and Jenna-Marie Benoit ... sister Jessica is a Centenary alum, who played women's soccer ... career goal is to become a teacher ... admits her biggest pet peeve is when things aren't clean ... lists "everything happens for a reason" as her life motto ... enjoys cheering for the N.Y.
