2019-20 (Sophomore): Appeared in four bouts as a sophomore ... picked up two wins, one in tournament action and one in a dual meet ... both of his wins came by fall ... earned his win by fall at Delaware Valley in dual meet action.

2018-19 (Freshman): Appeared in nine bouts as a freshman ... picked up three wins, all of which came in tournament play ... two of his wins came by fall ... got one win by tech fall.

At Bucktail H.S.: Was a three year starter on the wrestling team for coach Biff Walizer ... earned Third Team All-State accolades ... was the captain of the wrestling team for one season ... was PIAA state qualifier as a senior ... also a three year starter on the football team and a team captain for two years ... was First Team All-Conference for two seasons as an outside linebacker and tight end ... also played baseball for three seasons and was the captain for two of those seasons.

Personal: Son of Harold Long ... has brother, Loc and a sister, Tara ... career goal is to become a state trooper ... picked Centenary to  attend because of the wrestling program ... most memorable experience was earning his first college win ... majoring in business administration and sports management.
