MLAX Falls To SUNY Cobleskill On Senior Day

Hackettstown, NJ: The Cyclones fall to SUNY Cobleskill by a score of 21-4.

Scoring Clones

Offensively, the Cyclones scored a total of four goals throughout the game. Brandon Verderber scored two goals in the third period assisted by Jason Toledo and Michael Inglima. Scoring in the fourth period would be Toledo and Brian Rosko (Assisted by Mark Giles).

Not Making It Easy

Defensively the Cyclones caused eleven turnovers as a team. Goal-keeper Travis Austin contributed ten saves.

#8 Jason Toledo

Jason is the co-captain of this year's team and has been a four-year player. Jason leads the team with 17 goals and 34 Ground Balls this year. For his career, Jason has played 33 games, and started in 26 – he has 30 career goals and 8 assists while collecting 114 Ground Balls. Jason is a true two-way midfielder who will do anything and everything his team asks of him. Off the field, Jason is an RA, honor student in psychology and a tireless supporter of charity causes.

#41 Chris Encarnacion

Chris took up lacrosse just this year and has made himself invaluable to the team! Chris is a huge proponent of film and supports his teammates in every way. Chris has caused 6 turnovers and picked up 8 ground balls while playing some stout defense! Chris knows virtually everyone on campus and is a leading voice on the field and in the locker room. Chris plans on returning to Washington Heights this summer and using his Social Media Marketing degree, to help grow the game of lacrosse while working with the youth Harlem Lacrosse program.
