Gwynedd Valley, PA: Cyclones extend win streak to seven games after another dominate performance. The Clones win game one by a score of 6-2, and game two by a score of 8-5.
Consistent in The Circle
Julia Campen continues to display dominance in the circle for the Cyclones. Campen once again threw a complete game in game one allowing just one run to cross and collected thirteen strikeouts. Her totals for the day between both games were eleven innings, sixteen strikeouts two runs allowed, and just six hits allowed. Kelly Ann Earrusso started game two for the Clones tossing three innings and picked up the win, as she allowed just one run to score.
Bats on Fire
As a team the Cyclones went 24-for-66 through both games, putting the team at a .363 on the day. In game one, Madison Passanante could not be stopped at the plate as she went 4-for-4 with an extra base hit, and one run batted in. Toni Cacopardo would also be a huge contributor for the Clones in game one, as Cacopardo batted in three runs. In game two, Maggie Lenahan and Jessica Burlew would take the torch as they each had themselves a multi-hit game.
