Cyclones Suffer Loss to Panthers

Hackettstown, NJ - An early end-to-end rally came up short for the Cyclones as the Panthers came out strong in the second half to seal the victory.
 
Consistent Chloe
Once again in the cage for the Cyclones, Chloe Neubauer was outstanding, recording nineteen saves on the day. This is Neubauer's second consecutive game of double-digit saves.
 
Defensive Efforts
Sara Brotons, Emily Hotz, and Jenyfer Pereira led the defensive charge for Centenary. Brotons and Hough spearheaded defensive efforts with six groundballs each, while Antonia Tucci, Emily Hotz, and Isabel Moreira recorded four groundballs. The Cyclone's defensive pressure caused twenty-two turnovers for Purchase.
 
Offense 
Trista Hough picked her first goal as a Cyclone with an assist from Victoria Schirripa. The second goal of the evening for Centenary was scored by Sara Brotons.
 
Next Up
Cyclones are on the road this Friday, March 24th, at Keystone. The match-up is slated for a 4 PM start time.
