HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – Sophomore
Salma Eddahiri had eight points and six rebounds to lead the Centenary University women's basketball team in a tough 64-35 loss to Cabrini University in Atlantic East action on Wednesday night.
With the game tied at 4-4 in the first, Cabrini went on a 4-0 run and took an 8-4 advantage with 6:07 showing on the clock.

Kaylie Elsbree gave Centenary a 9-8 edge with 5:22 remaining in the period.
The Cyclones and Cavaliers went back and forth over the final five minutes of the period as Cabrini took a 20-13 lead after 10 minutes of play.
Cabrini opened the second quarter on a 12-0 run and pushed its lead to 32-13 with 4:47 to go until the half.
A jumper from Bossert broke up the Cabrini run at 4:30. However, the Cavaliers were able to take a 33-16 lead at the break.
The Cyclones and Cavaliers battled on both ends of the floor in the third period as the visitors were able to extend their lead to 54-26.

Devin Gibbs each had buckets in the stanza to highlight the home team's efforts as Cabrini closed out the 64-35 win.
Centenary shot 27.3% from the field and was 3-for-4 from the foul line. Cabrini shot 36.4% from the floor and was 10-for-14 from the foul line. The Cavaliers had a 51-34 edge in the rebounding battle.
Bossert led Centenary with 10 points and two assists. Eddahiri added three blocks and three steals to go along with her points and rebounds. Senior
Victoria Jacobs had six rebounds and four points.
Ashley Tutzauer led Cabrini with 14 points while
Miranda Liebtag had 10 rebounds and eight points.
Centenary is back in action on Saturday, Jan. 29 when it hosts Gwynedd Mercy at 1 p.m.
