Gass played a key role in the baseball team picking up its first two wins of the year against SUNY Cobleskill.

The senior shortstop hit .500 in the four-game set with six RBIs and three runs scored. Three of Gass' five base knocks went for extra bases (two doubles, one home run). He also walked twice and had a sac fly.

Gass went 3-for-3, including a double and a home run on Friday as the Cyclones picked up their first win of the year. He had three RBIs and a run scored in that contest. Gass also went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored in Sunday's game one win.
