Centenary University

Marchese played a key role in the Cyclones closing out the 2021 season with an 18-0 victory over Cairn. The sophomore was a perfect 22-for-22 in the faceoff circle against the Highlanders. His 22 faceoff wins are tied for second most in single-game history at Centenary.

Marchese scooped up a career-high 24 ground balls in the contest and broke the school record for single-game ground balls in the process. He broke the previous record for 22 set by Chris Howell during the 2019 season. Marchese's 24 ground balls are tied for third most by a Division III player in game this season.

Marchese also added an assist in the win over Cairn.
