Brown turned in a gutsy complete game performance to lead the Cyclones to a 7-5 win over Wilson on Monday. The senior threw a 142 pitches and posted a 1.00 ERA in the nine inning contest. Brown allowed five runs, only one of which was earned and struck out four batters. It was his first complete game of the year and helped the Cyclones win the Wilson series and get in a better position to get a playoff spot.
