O'Hara ran a personal best at the Paul Short Invitational for the Cyclones. She continues to show improvement each week in the 6k event. O'Hara's time of 38:04 at the Paul Short race was nearly three minutes better than her time from the first 6k of the season (41:27 at the SUNY Purchase Invitational).
