Udott turned in a big performance and posted a fifth place finish at the NCAA Division III National Championship. As the Mideast Regional, he was ranked fourth at 197-pounds for the tournament. He opened the meet with a pair of wins and became the fourth wrestler in program history to reach the national semifinals. After suffering a pair of tough losses to start day two, Udott bounced back with a 5-4 win to secure a fifth place finish. He became the seventh All-American in program history.
